What happens when I create an account?
You enter the dashboard and can configure a demo for your business with sample data. The 14-day trial starts when we agree on activation for real customers; creating an account does not start that period or trigger a charge.
Can I choose the reward type?
Yes. Each program uses stamps, points or referrals, with its own rules and rewards. The QR code identifies the customer at the counter; it isn't a separate reward type.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They check their card in their phone's browser. To sign up, they create an account and accept the program terms.
What does my team need at the counter?
A device with internet access and a browser. They can type the customer's code or scan their QR code with a compatible camera.
How does referral credit work?
It's added after an eligible purchase is confirmed. It's promotional credit for use at the same business, not cash. In the Tourism example, it can be transferred to an immediate family member, who must accept it.
Does the demo create a real program?
No. It's a simulation in your browser: it doesn't create accounts, store data or issue passes. Real programs are set up on the platform during the trial.
How much does it cost and what's included?
The Business plan costs USD 29 per month plus VAT (USD 33.35 with an estimated 15% VAT). It includes 1 location, 3 programs, 5 team members plus the owner, and 2,000 active customers. The trial lasts 14 days, with no automatic charge.
